Our Story

Bringing you the FUN food we loved as children, from the Coney Island Boardwalk to the shores of New England, Now Bigger and Bettah!

Glenn Nathan grew up in Brooklyn, NY and always dreamed of owning his own hot dog restaurant. His pals called him “Hotdog” and he soon became the undefeated amateur boxer “KILLER Dog”. His big personality was a perfect fit for a career in sales and marketing. Starting out in the family pharmacy in Great Neck, NY and then onto various pharmaceutical and medical supply companies. He earned Top Salesman of the Year many times. This experience allowed Glenn to develop his managing, buying, sales and marketing skills.

Kathryn Cohen, his life partner, grew up in New Hampshire and enjoyed exploring New England every summer with her family. Her adventurous spirit soon brought her to NYC, where she attended New York University and graduated with a dual degree in International Business and Marketing. Over the next 20 years, Kathryn’s vast experience in the garment industry ranged from sales and marketing, to management, public relations, design,  production and distribution.

Together, Glenn and Kathryn have a unique wealth of experience in Retail, Wholesale, Production, Design plus Sales and Marketing. Industries vary, but common sense business practices are the same. Moving to Florida and opening a restaurant was a dream in the making. Knowing it would be a challange, we decided to focus on the foods we LOVED as children. Those meals that made us smile and brought our friends and family together.  We opened our doors in December of 2015 and have overcome many challenges along the way. The result, our unique business model. A Quick Service, Gourmet Hotdog Restaurant that flips into Full Service for Private and Semi Private Parties. We put the PARTY into every KILLER Meal!
