Our ideal candidates, will be owner/operators who are not afraid of getting their hands dirty.  Natural leaders, who can follow instructions and Teach by example.  A good credit standing to secure a commercial lease and establish accounts with distributors is also important. We estimate, the minimum funds needed to start is $270k. This includes a $40k Franchising Fee, lease deposits, buildout, equipment and furniture, commercial insurance, and starting inventory. We recommend having an additional $15k -$20k cash on hand.
